Learning management systems help pharma companies keep staff training current and prove it. They offer plenty of features but also have limits, and building training curricula in an LMS is poorly understood and takes far longer than most people expect, especially when training is a side responsibility.
This 90-minute interactive LMS webinar explains what a true pharma curriculum is and isn't, the requirements for curricula, and why setting them up is so complicated. You'll learn how to gather the job function details you need, create curricula that are intuitive for employees and use LMS features well.
The session also covers common problems when fighting the LMS, audit considerations, and where onboarding ends and job training begins.
WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
Compliance, quality culture and work culture all shape your training program. Onboarding new or transferred employees is your one chance at a first impression, and simple steps can keep it both successful and compliant.
This session suits LMS administrators, trainers, training managers, subject matter experts, regulatory, QA and audit managers, quality analysts and consultants who create or manage pharma training curricula.
