Static audit programs no longer fit today's complex, changing risk and compliance environment. Professionals need to assess each business process with a risk-based approach and document risks and controls for every engagement. This 90-minute risk and control matrix training shows how.
You'll learn what information and supporting documents the matrix needs, including the process narrative and process flow diagram, the elements a matrix contains, and the steps to prepare it. The session also covers what a finished matrix delivers and what happens next.
Along the way, you'll review internal control objectives, components and frameworks, and how to design controls and evaluate their effectiveness.
